2019 has been a year that has witnessed developers regaining confidence in the Pattaya property market. There have been some superb projects that have come on to the market, which will be highly sort after. Here we have selected a few that have caught our eye, and we have high hopes for moving into 2020.
1. Riviera Ocean Drive
Riviera Ocean Drive is found on Jomtien Second Road and is not surprisingly another superb project from the Riviera Group. It is a very stylish and unique building with dedicated “relaxation areas” on the 21st and 22nd floors along with a Rooftop Sunset Bar on the 43rd floor when you can relax and take in the panoramic views.
2. The Empire Tower
The Empire Tower is a brand new project that can be found on Soi Watboon Kanchana in Jomtien. It is an impressive property that is very attractively priced, making it extremely appealing to investors. It mainly a residential property although there will be more commercial units available than is usually the case in modern condominiums. It is well located, just 800 metres from the beach.
3. Palm Ocean
Palm Ocean will be located in the Cozy Beach area of Pratamnak, close to some of the city’s finest beaches. It is a 31-storey property that is due to be completed in the final quarter of 2022. As with all modern condos, the facilities will superb and the condo will undoubtedly prove popular with Pratamnak being an area in high demand.
4. Grand Solaire
Located just off Thepprasit Road, the Grand Solaire in due to be completed in 2023 and is a real stand out property with one of the towers due to stand an incredible 67 storeys high. As you can imagine, this will offer some simply stunning views across Jomtien and beyond. The condo will have superb facilities and will surely be one of the most impressive projects in Pattaya.
5. Palm Bay 1
Palm Bay 1 will be situated at the South Pattaya end of Thappraya Road and will be a luxurious 41-storey project that will come complete with a private helicopter service. The project is superbly located in the heart of the city, although far enough away from the bright lights to be relatively quiet. The condo is due to be completed in 2022 and will stand out from others in the area.
6. Marina Golden Bay
Marina Golden Bay is another of the giant condos that will be appearing on Thepprasit Road in 2023. It will be another condo that offers a Sky Lounge that will include a restaurant and offer some sensational views across the area. As you would expect, the facilities will be fantastic as they would need to be to compete with the other great condos in the area.
7. Once Pattaya
Once Pattaya will be located just off Pattaya Third Road in North Pattaya. The developers have just signed a contract to work in partnership with the Hilton Hotel Group so will include a 5-star hotel and have the accompanying facilities. It will comprise of a single, 32-storey tower and is ideally located for Terminal 21.
8. The Muse Bali Hai
The Muse will be located close to Bali Hai Pier in South Pattaya and will be a unique project aimed at investors. The project offers some appealing rental guarantee options in a property which, due to its location, is likely to be highly desirable. The condo will provide residents with fantastic views across Pattaya Bay and will have superb facilities.
9. Panora
The Panora will again be located in the prestigious Pratamnak area of Pattaya. It will be a 35-storey property just 250 metres away from the beach and is due to be completed towards the end of 2021. It is designed to have a hotel-like feel with a children’s play area, making it a popular option for families living in Pattaya.
