Pratamnak is an area of Pattaya where you will find an abundance of high-rise condo; most are of a high standard. The area is renowned for being one of the most prestigious in Pattaya with beaches such as Cosy Beach being some of the cleanest. You will find bars and restaurants catering for all tastes and budgets with the area being particularly popular with Russian residents and visitors.
The Vision
Found at the top of Pratamnak Soi 2, The Vision is almost at the highest point of Pattaya so naturally, it offers some stunning views across the bay and back towards Pattaya and Jomtien. The Vision has first-class facilities, including a 20th-floor swimming pool that offers panoramic views. Studios, one and two-bedroom units are available.
The View
The View is located in Kasetsin Soi 7 and is a modern, single tower building. Although it is lower down The Vision, it still offers some magnificent views. Units range in size from studios to three-bedrooms. It is a quiet location, but you will always find plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars close by.
The Sands
The Sands is in a beachfront location at the bottom of Pratamnak Soi 5 and has some superb facilities. The swimming pool is located mid-way up the property and offers panoramic views. Once, again studios to three-bedroom units are available. On-site, you will find a pool bar and restaurant that adds to the appeal.
The Peak Towers
The Peak Towers is located close to Cozy Beach, making this an ideal location for beach lovers. All units offer sea views, and the property has some excellent communal features including a Zen relaxation zone. The units available include studios with one and two-bedroom apartments also vacant.
The Cloud
The Cloud is located relatively close to The Peak Towers and is an impressive and luxurious condo with excellent communal facilities. The rooms are well furnished and typically come in as one or two-bedroom units although some larger units are available. Most units offer sea views to some degree.
The Cliff, Nova
Located in the heart of Cozy Beach, The Cliff is ideally situated for shops, restaurants, and bars. Six different types of room are available, meaning that you have more choice than in many of the other properties on our list. The facilities are excellent and in keeping with many others in the area.
The Royal Cliff Condominium
The Royal Cliff Condominium is a luxury condo built by the group that built the hotel of the same name. All units in the building are vast and range from studios to four-bedroom units. As the condo is built on a headland, it offers unspoiled views across the Gulf of Thailand with the property having direct beachfront access.
Amari Residence
The Amari Residence is again located in the Cozy Beach area and is also a serviced apartment. As a result, the facilities are much more hotel-like and kept in great condition. Almost all rooms offer a sea view with studios, one, two and three-bedroom units available.
1 Tower
The One Tower is located on Pratamnak Soi 4, and as it is slightly lower, only the higher units offer sea views. The facilities are excellent, and the soi is quieter than many others in the area. The units range in size from one bedroom to simply huge five-bedroom penthouses.
