Throughout Pattaya, you will find some excellent villages which come in various styles from traditional Thai style to ultra-modern. One of the most popular designs is Thai Bali, and indeed there are several desirable villages in this manner that can be found right across the city. If this is a design that appeals to you, you may want to look at these options and decide which one best suits your needs.
1.Siam Lake View
Siam Lake View is situated close to beautiful Mabprachan Lake in East Pattaya. The village is relatively small and has excellent facilities in a quiet location with superb security. Many homes have private pools with most being larger than what you would find in many other villages and are quite stereotypical of the Thai Bali style.
2.Baan Natcha
Baan Natcha is located in Central Pattaya, close to Third Road. This is an upmarket village in a superb central location, making it convenient for downtown Pattaya and the Sukhumvit Road. The village is incredibly well maintained, and there is an excellent selection of different sized properties available, some of which add a modern twist to the traditional style.
3.Nagawari
Nagawari is located in Na Jomtien but is within easy walking distance of southern Jomtien. It is a large village comprising of around 70 properties, all of which have private pools. The village is perfect for families and again has an extensive selection of different villas available. Each stunning home is in a traditional Thai Bali style.
4.Baan Balina
There are several Baan Balina villages in Huay Yai area to the south of Pattaya. They are some of the most desirable in all of Pattaya thanks to the excellent build quality and the fact that they are perceived to represent superb value for money. Many people purchase these homes for their retirement or investment purposes. The villages have a more modern take on Thai Bali compared to some of the other options.
5.Phutara
The Phutara Village is situated in East Pattaya close to the Tara Pattana School and is a well established but popular upmarket village. It is in a quiet location but still within 15 minutes of downtown Pattaya and is not far from the access roads to Highway 7 and the new motorway to Map Ta Phut. All the homes look very impressive in a more traditional Thai Bali style.
6.C’est Palai Villas
C’est Palai Villas is on Soi Watboon Kanchana in Jomtien, so it is ideal for the Sukhumvit Road and Jomtien Beach. It is a quiet village despite its location and the mature gardens make the property feel very serene. The homes are all in a typical Thai Bali style.
