Sitting on the headland between Pattaya and Jomtien, Pratamnak is one of the most upmarket areas of Pattaya. The area has an extensive range of properties catering for every budget, including many low-rise options. It is a relatively quiet area but still has many restaurants, bars and shops and is in easy travelling distance of both Pattaya and Jomtien. Here are just six of the best low-rise condos in the area.
1. Nova Ocean View
Nova Ocean View is a slightly older property these days but still an excellent option. The units are larger in size than many of the newer buildings, and they are ideal for investors as square metre prices are lower than in many other buildings in the area. However, the units are still highly sort after by renters. The communal facilities are excellent, and it is in a great location, not far from the beach and local amenities.
2. City Garden Pratamnak
City Garden Pratamnak is located close to one of the best beaches in Pattaya, Cozy Beach. It is a high-quality condo built by a reputable developer and is a mid-size property comprising of two, eight-storey buildings. The communal facilities are excellent, and it is ideally located for restaurants, bars and other amenities with it being easy to get public transport back into Pattaya or Jomtien.
3. Executive Residence 4
Executive Residence 4 is again located in the Cozy Beach area of Pratamnak and has a high vantage point. It is an older building but one that is kept in immaculate condition with all units being spacious inside. It is in a great setting that gives something of rural feel although all local amenities are close by. The communal facilities are excellent, which again adds to its appeal.
4. Park Royal 3
Park Royal 3 is nestled away between Pratamnak Sois 5 and 6. It is one of the cheaper properties in the area, although all units are well designed and well furnished. It is a quiet location but still close to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. The communal facilities are good and include two swimming pools, one of which is a rooftop pool.
5. Laguna Bay
Laguna Bay is located at the foot of Pratamnak Soi 5 and is chosen due to its proximity to the famous Dongtan Beach. It is a relatively modern building with one of the main attractions being the size of the balconies, making them a great place to relax in the evenings. The property again has some excellent communal facilities such as a rooftop swimming pool with sun lounge as well as a well-equipped fitness suite. It is a surprisingly quiet location considering its proximity to the beach.
6. Siam Ocean View
Siam Ocean View is situated between Sois 5 and 6 and is towards the top of the hill, offering excellent views. It is an upmarket property with only 43 units available. It is built to the highest European standards and large balconies where you can take in the views. It is close to shops, bars and restaurants as well as public transportation.
