Pratamnak is an area of Pattaya that has steadily evolved and grown in recent years to become one of the most sort after locations in the city. It is a relatively quiet location but still within a short distance of both Walking Street and Jomtien. The beaches are some of the cleanest in the area and bars, restaurants and shops are plentiful. There is an array of accommodation available with some excellent high-rise options. Here are six of the best.
1. The Vision
Offering some of the best views in the area from its hilltop location at the top of Pratamnak Soi 2, The Vision by Matrix is a popular property for those living in the area. There is a wide selection of units in this property, ranging from studios to two-bedroom condos. The facilities are of the highest order with the standout feature being the 20th-floor swimming pool offering unspoilt views across Pattaya and Jomtien bays.
2. The Cliff
The Cliff was built by another of the region’s most reputable developers, the Nova Group and is situated in the Cosy Beach area. It is ideally placed for local amenities although the property has some excellent communal facilities of its own. Six different sizes of unit are available, all of which come fully furnished to a high standard.
3. Peak Towers
Again located in the Cosy Beach area, the Peak Towers was built by Heights Holdings and is in a prime spot offering panoramic sea views. It is a relatively quiet location, close to the Royal Varuna Yacht Club and once again boasts some stunning facilities for residents and their guests. Unlike most condos, it does have a business centre which is perfect for those who are working.
4. Amari Residence
Located in a similar area to the two previously mentioned condos, the Amari Residence also offers serviced apartments in conjunction with the Amari hotel chain so, as you would expect, the facilities are first-class. Almost all units have stunning views, and the most attractive feature about the building is the open and non-claustrophobic feel. Due to its location, there is an abundance of locals amenities close by.
5. The Cloud
The Cloud was constructed by the Global Top Group and comprises, on the whole, of one and two-bedroom units although there are some larger units available which are ideal for families. Again, most rooms offer sea views and are furnished to the highest of standards. In keeping with all of the other properties on our list, the communal facilities including an infinity pool, steam room and sauna are excellent, making it the perfect home from home.
6. The Sands
The Sands is situated at the bottom of Pratamnak Soi and is almost a beachfront location. It is an upmarket condo with an array of units available which all have sea views. It is a quiet location but still close to local amenities and has excellent communal facilities of its own. It is a popular choice for investors as well as those preferring to live close to the beach.
