Na Jomtien situated to the south of Pattaya is well known for its sandy beaches and fine restaurants. There are some superb condos in the area, including some older ones that take pride of place with beachfront locations. As the area has become more popular more condos, have also sprung ad are equally as fantastic. Here are just seven of the top condos in the Na Jomtien area.
1. Whale Marina
Whale Marina comprises of three eight-storey buildings which are located on the seafront. This condo also has a marina and boat mooring facilities making it ideal for those who enjoy life on the ocean. A Water Sports Club is run from the condo and, as you would expect, the facilities are absolutely superb. There are some excellent restaurants close by including Bacco Beach and the Glasshouse not to mention the fabulous onsite restaurant.
2. Water’s Edge
Water’s Edge is an impressive boutique-style condo that is in a beachfront location with the added luxury that it only has 35 units available. Not surprisingly, all of the units offer panoramic sea views, and the rooftop pool and sundeck is the perfect place to take in the sunset. Located just, 10 minutes from Central Pattaya, it gives you peace and quiet as well as being relatively close to the bright lights of Pattaya.
3. Ocean Marina
It is amazing to think that Ocean Marina is now over 20 years old but is still one of the most exclusive properties in all of Pattaya. Ocean Marina is situated right on the marina and, of course, offers mooring facilities. All rooms are incredibly spacious and have unspoilt, panoramic views with the facilities being on par with the top condos and hotels in the city. There are plenty of amenities close by including shops and excellent restaurants.
4. Pure Na Jomtien
Pure Na Jomtien is something of a unique property in that each building only has three floors. With floor to ceiling windows, all units have a bright and airy feel and are suitably spacious. They have a range of units available from studios to three-bedroom, and the facilities are excellent with outstanding views from everywhere within the complex.
5. Ocean Portofino
Ocean Portofino is another of the older properties in the area having first opened in 2007. It is another truly impressive condo that has a very distinctive V-shape design, meaning that all residents can benefit from a 180-degree view across the marina and the Gulf of Siam. The facilities are excellent, and the rooms are spacious and well-furnished.
6. The Residences at Dream Pattaya
The Residences at Dream Pattaya is one of the few properties on our list that doesn’t have a beachfront location but is still within easy walking distance. It is a high-rise building but only comprises of 165 units, and the fact that it is built on ten rai of land gives it a very open and uncluttered feel. The units are all superbly furnished with sea views available from the ones higher up.
7. Nam Talay
Nam Talay is a condo that represents excellent value for money and is on the border of Jomtien and Na Jomtien. The units are a little smaller in this complex, but the facilities are excellent with the fact that it is near Jomtien and Pattaya making it even more appealing.
