There are some outstanding villages all across Pattaya, but one complaint that is frequently made is that the properties overlook each other and lack privacy. For many people, this isn’t an issue, but if you are one of those people who value their privacy, then there are several villages where you can shut yourself away in your own little world. If this is something that appeals to you, here are seven options that are worth considering.
1.Sedona Villas
Sedona Villas is a slightly older but upmarket village close to Mabprachan Lake in East Pattaya. The villas are well spaced out, with plenty of greenery in the development. The project has a country feel but is still close enough to downtown Pattaya, so you don’t feel isolated. Each property has a high perimeter wall to stop anyone looking in while the house themselves are immaculately finished.
2.View Talay Villas
Another of the slightly older villages but one that has always retained maximum appeal is View Talay Villas. The village entrance is on Jomtien Second Road but is easy to miss if you are going for the first time. All the villas are set well back from the road and have high walls to guarantee privacy. The properties have been constructed to the highest possible standards, and when they do come for sale, they rarely stay on the market for long.
3.The Vineyards
There are three Vineyard projects, all of which are located in the Pong area of East Pattaya. The villages are small, with the houses all well paced out and surrounded by high walls. The villages lack communal facilities, with everything you need available on your own grounds. It is something that residents tend to find appealing as they can have their own space.
4.Majestic Residence
Majestic Residence is located in the Cozy Beach area of Pratamnak. These pools’ villas are well spaced out with ample surrounding walls to deter onlookers. The properties range in size and are ideal for families living and working in the area. Many of the houses are out on long-term rentals to ex-pats working in the region.
5.Siam Royal View
Siam Royal View is situated at the top of Soi Khao Talo and is a large and spacious village with a vast range of properties and even some plots of land available. Again, properties are well spaced out, and each property has stunning views across Jomtien and beyond. It is a superb location and just a few minute’s drive away from Central Pattaya.
6.Phoenix Golf Course
For many people, the idea of living on a golf course would be a dream come true. At Phoenix Golf Course, you will find several properties well spaced out around the course. The perimeter wall offers both privacy and security, while residents also have membership for the golf club included. With a golf course quite literally on your doorstep, it is ideal for golf enthusiasts.
7.Jomtien Park Villas
Jomtien Park Villas is located, as the name would suggest, in Jomtien behind the Rompho Market. The villas are palatial in size, and all have private pools. As it is a slightly older village, there is plenty of open communal areas meaning that the houses are all well separated. Like View Talay Villas, it is a highly desirable village in the heart of Jomtien.
