There are some stunning luxury condos in Pattaya, many of which overlook the beaches to the north, south, and central areas. Naturally, thanks to their superb location, many properties are older but superbly maintained and are still as desirable as when they were first constructed. Unfortunately, we can’t include all the condos on our list, so here is just a selection of seven that are amongst our favourites.

  1. The Palm

The Palm is located at the northern end of Naklua Soi 16 and is relatively quiet, overlooking a small bay known affectionately as Bamboo Beach. All units in this building offer residents sea views, a superb swimming pool, and beautifully manicured gardens overlooking the beach. The units are all a reasonable size and built to the highest specifications.

  1. The Cove

The Cove is located on Soi Wongamat and has a unique sail design overlooking another small cove and the opposite end of Wongamat Beach. The Cove is widely regarded as the most expensive in Pattaya, so as you would imagine, the facilities are first-class, and the units are furnished to a standard that would fit any 5-star hotel in the world.

  1. Northshore

Northshore is an older condo built by Raimon Land, so it is constructed to the highest specifications. Located at the foot of Soi 4, Pattaya Beach Road, the condo offers most residents sea views with the beach around 100 metres away. The facilities are superb and continually updated, while the management is as good as anywhere in Pattaya.

  1. Royal Cliff Condominium

The Royal Cliff is another older condo but takes pride of place on the peninsula between Bali Hai Pier and Pratamnak. The units are all huge and offer panoramic views across Pattaya Bay to Koh Larn. The condo comprises three towers and has superb facilities, and is regarded as being one of the best in Pattaya.

  1. Sands Condominium

The Sands Condominium is the most modern condo on our list and is located just metres from the beach at the bottom of Pratamnak Soi 5. It is a superb location which is surprisingly quiet with units enjoying unspoiled sea views. The condo includes as many modern features as you would expect and has excellent facilities for residents to enjoy.

  1. Movenpick

Movenpick in Na Jomtien is a part condo and part 5-star hotel, which indicates the quality of the facilities, the construction, and the units. The condo is close to one of the best beaches in Pattaya and is conveniently located for Ocean Marina as well as some excellent local restaurants. As it is a little out of town, residents enjoy a more sedate way of life.

  1. Ocean Marina

Ocean Marina is another of the older properties, although to look at it, you wouldn’t know! As the name would suggest, the condo is located at Ocean Marina, with many property owners also owning yachts that are moored at the marina. The rooms are all sizeable, and the facilities are excellent, which is one of the main reasons it retains its appeal.
