As you would imagine, Central Pattaya is home to the vast majority of the city’s condos. However, most of these condos are low-rise properties due to building restrictions and planning regulations. Some excellent high-rise buildings are available between North and South Pattaya Road and all within the bounds of Central Pattaya. Here are seven fantastic high-rise condos in the Central Pattaya area.
1. The Base
The Base is a relatively new condominium that is situated on Pattaya 2nd Road. It is a large property comprising of two towers. It is close to the beach, restaurants, bars and Central Festival. Getting to other parts of the city is straightforward, which adds to its appeal. The units range in size from 29sqm studios to 71sqm two-bedroom units.
2. View Talay 6
Located next to Central Festival on Pattaya 2nd Road, View Talay 6 is arguably in one of the best locations. As with many of the View Talay buildings, the units are slightly larger with 48sqm studios to 250sqm two-bedroom units available. On the ground floor, you will find a range of shops, massage facilities, and restaurants for your added convenience.
3. Centric Sea
Centric Sea is another of the properties on Pattaya 2nd Road and is very close to the Pattaya Klang junction. It is a great location with easy access to the beach and other areas of Pattaya. The units are quite compact, but all come with spacing saving features which significantly reduce any problems.
4. Northshore
Northshore is considerably older than the previous properties on our list but is arguably the highest quality. It is located at the foot of Soi 5, almost on the junction with Pattaya Beach Road. The facilities are superb, and the swimming pool offers some of the best views in Pattaya looking out across the bay.
5. PKCP Tower
The PKCP Tower is located on Pattaya 3rd Road between North Pattaya Road and Pattaya Klang. The units are all reasonably large. Condos that have been renovated by private owners are particularly attractive, although even those that haven’t are of a good standard. The balconies are also large and great places to relax. The communal facilities include a pool, sauna, and gym.
6. Markland
The Markland can be found at the bottom of Soi 1, Pattaya Beach Road as another of the older condos but is very managed and maintained. They have a vast array of units available many of which offer sea views. This is a relatively quiet location considering it is in the heart of the city. The communal facilities are excellent and getting around the city from here is simple.
7. City Garden Tower
City Garden Tower is on Pattaya 3rd Road, close to the junction with South Pattaya Road. The units range in size from 35sqm one-bedroom units to 79sqm two-bedroom units. It is well located for both Pattaya and Jomtien and has some outstanding communal facilities. The property represents excellent value for money and is immensely popular.
