Pratamnak is one of the most popular areas of Pattaya for tourists, both domestic and international, and thanks to its beautiful beaches and abundance of restaurants, it is not hard to appreciate why. Indeed, like Wongamat and North Pattaya, it is home to many of the city’s finest hotels, although, in reality, there is something to suit every budget. Here are just six which generally receive plenty of praise from guests.
1.Intercontinental Pattaya Resort
The Intercontinental was formerly the Sheraton and has undergone numerous renovations and modernizations which help it to continually be regarded as one of the finest in the city. The facilities and the location are superb while the rooms and restaurants are also highly regarded. It sneaks to the top of our list at present, because it represents better value for money, for high-end hotels than some of the other options.
2.Royal Garden Cliff
When we talk about the Royal Garden Cliff, it is vital to recognize that this encompasses various elements as the hotel has different wings. It is where the rich and famous have stopped over the years, and it is not hard to appreciate why. The facilities, restaurants, suites, and location are as good as you will get anywhere, but the prices do reflect this, and this is why it has fallen off the top spot in our current list.
3.Amari Residences
The Amari Residences is a half hotel, half condo development that overlooks Bali Hai Pier. As you would expect from an Amari project, it is a superb option with the only downside being that the views are restricted by the derelict condo, which, fortunately soon will be demolished. It is a more recent addition to the Pratamnak landscape than the previous two options, and this is evident in the facilities and rooms.
4.Centara Grand Pratamnak
The Centara Grand is close to Jomtien, which makes it an excellent option for those that wish to walk to bars in the evening. Like the Amari, it is one of the newer developments in the area, and this is obvious by the facilities. Everything about this spells quality, and just like their sister hotel, the Grand Mirage in Wongamat, it always appears to have higher occupancy rates than many of the other hotels in the area.
5.Phu View Talay Resort
If you are looking for value for money, then the Phu View Talay Resort is a superb choice. Officially classed as a 3-star hotel, most previous guests ranked it higher. The facilities, rooms, and levels of service are better than those in a similar price range in the locale. It is in a convenient location for both Pattaya and Jomtien, which will be appealing to those without their own transport or conscious of spending too much on taxis.
6.Cosy Beach Hotel
The Cosy Beach Hotel is, as you would expect, close to Cosy Beach, arguably the best beach in Pattaya and Jomtien. The hotel is again classed as being a 3-star option but consistently gets higher reviews. It is ideal for beach lovers and closes by you will find a varied selection of excellent restaurants, boutique shops, and other amenities that you may require during your stay.
